I Love This!
Okay now this is an absolutely stunning piece. The eyes are more realistic than most anime eyes, you took into consideration the change in the pattern when clothes are wrinkled, you have neat and clean shading, and you added in your own spunk to the picture. The wings were well drawn and the curves at the end of the feathers add a cute touch to this artwork. It's obvious this has your style to it but you can also get a feel of the other work that has been done with "Ceci". I do have to say though that if you added more colors to this picture than just the main set you have now your dimensions would have stood out more and you could have added a bit more depth to your picture.
And the last thing I have to say, keep working on your technique because you are doing soooooooo good! I'm so proud of you!
The colors you used are so bright and smooth, it gives the picture a nice feeling. The lollipops, they look so shiny and well done. However they are in the same color as HER, making em kinda less visible. Which is sad because its one of my favorite parts of the drawing. I like how you did the patterns on the cloths as well, 1 pattern on her left arm that then continues down on the right leg, really creative. Her hair nice too, kinda spiky long and still looks soft. The eyes are flawless- I love the shine in them and the eyelashes, it fits perfectly with the rest of the drawing, which again, is amazingly detailed. I am not a big fan of the wings, but I can't spot anything wrong with them. I guess I just wanted to see a little more hair because I love how you drew it in this picture.
