Tsubasa no Sei Art Contest!Update, 28MAR13: I have bumped up the first prize for single drawings since I've gotten so many lovely entries. If I continue to get great entries, I'll bump up the prizes for whatever categories may apply even more.

INTRODUCTION

Well guys, after years of having "Tajii Drawing" contests and hosting other random themed contests, I thought it was about time to do a "Design a Dress" themed contest! I'm considering this a mini contest simply

Hello, one and all, to =baark's second art contest! I'll be doing things a bit differently this time around, since this is more or less a minor contest being held in comparision to the far larger one I'm hoping to hold later on in the year.

So... what do I draw?

You are free to draw any of the three individually or in any of the suggested pairings.
So... what can I win?
Like the last contest I held, prizes will be awarded on a tier-based system, though there are no actual 'placings'. Instead, a flat amount will be awarded to an entry as long as the requirements for that tier is reached.
I may or may not add additional, albeit smaller, offerings for other things depending on
