19th of September is a date of Ceci's (known as :icontagl:) birthday. She was a great artist, my inspiration and lovely friend. I always enjoyed her arts and loved her OC - Lollipop angel Ceci. And...she became an angel herself in March this year...
She is no longer with us, but she can be alive in our hearts. Let's show her and the world that she won't be forgotten. Let's show our respect and love to that sweet angel by what she and we do best - by art. I'm late to the party but, I didn't even know she had passed away until now. I spent my high school years admiring her art and I'm just shocked that she's gone... I hope she's in a better place...
